Punjab Safe Cities Authority has remained categorical when manning its Integrated Command Control and Communication Center (IC3) with computer-savvy workforce meticulously selected through provincial grid of famous IT institutions and a series of competitive recruitment and psychometric tests. The outcome is optimum productivity in line with professional integrity. On Tuesday, PSCA rewarded its Champion Performers, who bossed their domains, with certificates of appreciation and financial prizes.

In an on-job convocation briskly carried out at IC3 floor; Operations Commander SP Mian Rashid Hadayat distributed certificates and cash prizes among not less than 28 promising Police Communication Officers (PCOs), with gender representation of 17 males and 11 female officers, from IC3 sections such as Operations Monitoring Center, Video Control Center, Media Monitoring Center, Emergency Control Center, Dispatch Control Center, Access Control Center and Electronic Data Analysis Center.

The apex performers of all sections remained as follows: Zohaib Qamar & Kashish Maryam (ECC), Rao Atif Ghaffar & Hafiz Abdul Baseer (DCC), Ali Arsalan & Syeda Nosheen (OMC), Mohsin (VCC), Sana Khan (MMC), Naveed Aslam & Moazzam Ijaz Khan (AOC), Haseeb Ashraf & Muhammad Shehbaz (EDAC). Police Communication Officers vowed to optimize their performance to achieve department’s targets.

PSCA’s premier project PPIC3 is a consolidated hub of integrated policing regulating swift Emergency & Police responses including, but not limited to, intelligent traffic management, dispatch of Punjab Police, PRU and Dolphin Force, 1122 Emergency response, Criminal Identification/Investigations, virtual surveillance and Media Monitoring. Punjab Safe Cities Authority is determined to ensure security and quality of life in the cities through the use of technology, infrastructure, personnel and processes.
