Safe City has successfully apprehended the Fraudulent gang. In a recent incident, a six-member gang in Gulberg area a robbery, absconding with over 1.5 million rupees from a citizen. The leader of the Fraudulent gang traced the citizen in the bank. Other members of the gang threw money near the citizen’s car. The took the money out of the citizen’s car by confusing them. The Safe City team handed over all the evidence and video of the accused to the police. The gang members were arrested with the help of the PSCA footages. The police recovered the looted money and handed it over to the citizen. Safe City released the video of the robbers. The spokesperson of the Safe Cities Authority said that the citizens should be careful and keep an eye on the surrounding environment. In case of any emergency, immediately report to 15.
