Punjab Safe Cities Authority has decided to launch online payment of E-challans in collaboration with the Finance Department. Given the concerns of coronavirus and keeping in view the convenience and time saving of the citizens, the online E-payment of E-challan set to be launched soon in collaboration with the Finance Department.
Citizens will no longer have to line up at banks. In this regard, citizens will be able to pay E-challan through Punjab e-pay app online from their phone. Moreover, Online payment matters have been settled with the Finance Department which will be implemented soon. The PSCA spokesperson said that citizens can make electronic payments through ATM Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, and online banking by using Punjab e-pay app. The constraints of manual payment are being upgraded by taking advantage of modern technology which will facilitate citizens to pay their e-challan easily. According to a spokesperson an electronic payment will also facilitate real-time information.
