Punjab Safe Cities Authority has remained categorical when manning its Integrated Command Control and Communication Center (IC3) with computer-savvy workforce meticulously selected through the provincial grid of famous IT institutions and a series of competitive recruitment and psychometric tests. The outcome is optimum productivity in line with professional integrity. PSCA recently rewarded its Champion Performers, who bossed their domains, with certificates of appreciation and financial prizes in an on-desk quick convocation ceremony conducted at IC3 floor. MD PSCA Malik Ali Amir along with CAO PSCA Kamran Khan graced the occasion and acknowledged the services of more than 50 Outstanding Officers comprising Police Communication Officers (PCOs) deployed in various sections of the Center.

MD Malik Ali Amir distributed certificates and cash prizes among not less than 151promising PCOs, with gender representation of 113 male and 38 female officers, from IC3 sections such as Operations Monitoring Center, Video Control Center, Media Monitoring Center, Emergency Control Center, Dispatch Control Center, Access Control Center, Lost & Found Center and Electronic Data Analysis Center.

While addressing to the PSCA workforce, MD Malik Ali Amir said that the purpose of marking the best performers every month was to encourage all the aspirants to give-in their full potentials. “Positive competition is healthier for any organization”, he added. “PSCA is always striving side by side with other LEAs in both generation of awareness and provision of guidance on things such as Law Enforcement, policing and regulations”, he concluded
