Awareness campaign of Women Safety App is going on in collaboration with civil societies

Textile Traders Association and Bargad Organization delegations visited Punjab Safe Cities Authority here on Thursday. The delegation of Textile Traders Association included Chairman Chaudhry Muhammad Tariq along with 5 members and 30 members of Bargad Organization. On the occasion, Director Public Relations Tauseef Sabih Gondal and Shift Commander Shahid Chadhar gave a detailed briefing about Safe City and also visited various departments of the authority.
The delegation observed the working of city monitoring with the help of cameras and 15 emergency response systems.
The delegations also intelligent traffic management and artificial intelligence system were also briefed. Thanks to the integrated system of Punjab Safe Cities Authority, the police response time has significantly improved. Punjab Police Women Safety App is proving to be helpful in providing protection to women. Expressing his views on the occasion, Chairman Textile Traders Association Chaudhry Tariq said that projects like Safe City are essential for the betterment of Pakistan’s economy.
