Chief operating officer PSCA Muhammad Kamran Khan, on Saturday, presided over a high-level meeting at Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) to share the emergency helpline 15 calls data analysis.

The Chief Operating Officer PSCA Muhammad Kamran Khan gave a briefing on analysis of data of helpline 15 calls, crime Hotspot and crime pockets, the specific crimes committed in particular timings, crimes trend and tendency as well as the response time of Dolphin Squad, Police Response Unit and the police station personnel. Muhammad Kamran Khan also briefed on the interlinked working relationship of Lahore Police and PSCA. Chief Operating Officer Muhammad Kamran Khan said that around two and a half thousand private cameras have been interlinked with the Punjab Safe Cities Authority monitoring system in collaboration with Lahore Police. COO PSCA, also shared the crime heat map and said that Punjab Safe Cities Authority data is helping in crime control.

COO Punjab Safe Cities Authority Kamran Khan informed that PSCA has been providing the latest technology-based assistance to the Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAS) to curb crimes in the city. COO PSCA highlighted the significance of the latest technology in operational and strategic policing to serve humanity and curb crime. Chief Operating Officer Mohammad Kamran Khan further said that the desired results can be achieved with the deployment of the force keeping in view the crime heat map. He directed to enhance patrolling in hotspot areas of crime and improve response time at emergency helpline 15 calls.
